What is a manifesto? 

Manifestos tell you what a political party believes in and what they will do if they win the election. 

Easy read manifestos have been produced by the main political parties to help you decide who to vote for.

Conservative Party

Labour Party

Liberal Democrat Party

Green Party

UK Independence Party

Mencap have written their own easy read manifesto, about the change they want to see from the next government. 

They have also produced some resources about how to vote and supporting someone to vote.

General Election

This half term we will be looking at the General Election and deciding how to vote. 

We will start with a quiz, to see which party we agree with the most.

Comic Relief Quiz

Today we created fun, “Say what you see” quizzes, for Comic Relief. 

Our tutor joined them together to make one big quiz. 

Can you guess the famous person by looking at the pictures? The answer will be on the next slide. 

Comic Relief spends the money raised on Red Nose Day to help people living tough lives across the UK and Africa.

This week we have created our "limited blogging profiles" ready for a summer term of blogging. We have already posted our first comments, having tried out the "Fairtrade What makes you feel alive?" fun quiz and discovered whether we are providers, performers or protectors.

For 2015 the National Autistic Society are introducing a brand new challenge as part of World Autism Awareness Week (WAAW) 2015. Take part in a Night Walk for Autism!

Stand out and get noticed by walking in your onesie or by wearing pink and purple. They will also provide new exclusive light up wristbands so you can light up the night for autism!
